Cancellation Policy

You can end an engagement with Sikhay at any time. This explains how it works and what's owed. The terms for a specific project are set in its written agreement; this is the general policy.

How to cancel

Let us know in writing — an email to hello@sikhay.io is enough. We'll confirm, stop work at an agreed point, and send a final summary.

What's owed

• You are billed for work completed up to the cancellation point, including the milestone in progress.
• Any deposit is applied against that work; see our refund policy for amounts not yet earned.
• Work not yet started is not billed.

Handover

On cancellation, once outstanding fees for completed work are settled, we hand over the code and deliverables produced to date, cleanly and without drama.

Ongoing care plans

Monthly care or support arrangements can be cancelled with notice as set out in that arrangement; you won't be locked into a long contract.
