Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of sikhay.io and the basics of how we engage on work. They are not the full agreement for a project — that lives in a separate written proposal and quote we both sign before any build begins.

The website

sikhay.io is an informational site for Sikhay, operated by Sikhay LLC. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract or commit either of us to anything.

How engagements work

• Everything is quoted. After a free consult we send a written scope and a fixed quote. Work starts once that's agreed in writing.
• Scope & changes. The quote describes what's included. Changes to scope are agreed and quoted separately before we build them.
• Ownership. On full payment, you own the custom code and deliverables we build for you. We may reuse general know-how, tools, and non-confidential components.
• Confidentiality. We keep your information confidential and present our work publicly only in anonymized form unless you agree otherwise.

Warranty & liability

We stand behind our work as described in each project agreement. Beyond that, the site and any pre-contract materials are provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amounts paid under the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
